The Count down is on.... What does everyone else do during the holidays? We celebrate Christmas Eve with close family on our Dutch side. Its a special time for us also because we celebrate the life of
my dad who passed away 6 years ago this year on Christmas Eve. Its a very hard time of year but its' also comforting in knowing we can come together and remember him.... he loved Christmas Eve :)
I'm sure everyone's Christmas day is the same... trying to fit everyone in, drinking and eating way to much ham haha. This years a little different we normally try and fit both sides of the family in one day but the in laws have moved 2 hours away so we will see them on boxing day.

This year I wanted to do something a little more neutral so I've used blues, greens and gold with rattan place mats to tone it down.
